We’ll be giving out 10 awards at each of our four regional balls. The award categories are:
- Best Manager - Large Agency (more than 25 shops)
- Customer focused and sales driven
- A good leader, managing and motivating staff to reach and exceed targets
- Strong commercial awareness of what’s happening both in travel and retail
- Best Sales Team - Large Agency (NEW)
- All round excellent listening and customer service skills, and the ability close sales to meet and exceed targets
- Excellent product knowledge to match the right product to the customer
